Lovefilm sucks…

…or at least for the first five days I have tried them. It took me hours and several emails to their support people to register online since their system can not accept special characters like , and . in an address!

Then when the first dvd came through the door it was the wrong one - they were supposed to send me two dvds and they can not send me a replacement of the wrong one until the other dvd arrive - and this has yet to be seen two days after the other arrived. I am also concerned since the postal service here at 2200 N. is crap and maybe some postman stole the other dvd? Then my free trial subscription is totally fckd and I will never become a regular customer/subscriber to this Netflix’ish service.
